The Aeries Online Enrollment website allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a "new" student in the San Lorenzo Unified School District (SLZUSD).

 

New Student Enrollment for 2021-2022

Begins on April 5, 2021

 

Before You Begin Make Sure You Have the Following:

  • Please make sure to compile the required documents for uploading prior to beginning this online process. 

  • You must have a valid address within the SLZUSD boundaries to use the system.

  • You must also have a valid email address. If you do not have an email address, you will need to create one before getting started.

Start the Online Application:

The online enrollment process typically takes 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process at one sitting, you may save what you have completed and resume the process at a later time.

  • To get started enrolling a new student click the "Enroll a New Student" button below.

  • To continue/finish enrolling a student previously started or reprint the confirmation document, click the “Login” button and type in your account information.

Once an account has been created you can enroll another student by clicking "Enroll a New Student."

  • Choose the correct year and click "Next."

  • At the “Required Information”, click “Next” again.

  • At the “Login” page, log in as an existing user.

This will allow some information that was input for the previous student to auto-populate for the student you are currently enrolling.

Upon Submission:

Upon submission, the student's information is electronically sent to the applicable school office at your elementary/middle school of residence or the High School Enrollment Office. The applicable office will contact you to set up a phone call/virtual appointment to review and finalize your enrollment application. Please wait to be contacted as applications are processed on a first come first serve basis.

All information and documentation will be verified during your scheduled phone call/virtual appointment. If you did not upload all of the necessary documents you may receive an email requesting a digital image of the missing documentation.

NOTE: If you complete the online enrollment application during the summer, our offices are closed and you will be contacted when we return during the second week of August.

Once enrollment is finalized you will receive an email confirmation with additional information.
